The Lifeline unit is designed to carry out a series of self checks so you can be assured that the unit will alert you if any problems are detected that may prevent the unit from working correctly.
In addition to these self checks many of you have asked for an annual health check in line you’re your internal policies. These policies require all safety equipment to receive an annual service by a supplier’s service engineer and we are pleased to meet your needs with this new cost effective Annual Service Plan.

In response to these requests we are now providing an Annual Service Plan to all our customers who are looking to take the best possible care for what is an essential piece of life-saving equipment.
The Annual Service Plan will include:
- Full manual test
- Maintenance check
- Annual site review
- A review and confidential report on placement, storage and inventory of accessories
Upon successful completion of the service, you will receive a certified service report from a Martek engineer. This will outline performance capability along with any work that has been undertaken on the unit, giving you piece of mind that your equipment is ready to save lives.
